Recruiter Terms & Conditions
  1. site & its sub domains are managed and operated by E-World a propritory firm whose office is at Bhilai. This site may be used synonymously to VeriJobs, site, website or any sub-domains or any affiliate sites or any other network system hereafter.
  2. The term Employer(s) refers to all individuals or groups who have applied to VeriJobs for registration or are using services from VeriJobs directly or indirectly and may be used synonymously to Company(ies), Recruiter(s), Client(s), Organization(s), Firm(s), User(s), Subscriber(s), You hereafter.
  3. The term Candidate(s) refers to all individuals or groups who have applied to VeriJobs for registration or are using any kind of services from VeriJobs directly or indirectly as job seeker and may be used synonymously to job seeker(s), employee(s) hereafter.
  4. The term institute(s) refers to all individuals or groups who have applied to VeriJobs for registration or are using any kind of services from VeriJobs directly or indirectly as institute(s) or on behalf of their past & present student(s) and may be used synonymously to Vocational training provider(s), VTP(s), Colleges(s), Training institute(s), Coaching(s), You hereafter.
  5. The term Profile refers to any kind of data provided, uploaded including post registration updates in whole or part by candidate or employer or institute upon registration and may be used synonymously to Resume(s), CV(s), Data, information, Details etc.
  6. The term Communication refers to any kind of information sent or received in physical or electronic form related to services, offers, promotions or updates etc.(Including but not limited to SMS, Email, Chat, Post, Phone Call etc.)
  7. VeriJobs does not guarantee any employer to get any candidate of their expectations in any amount of time, or getting candidate at all.
  8. VeriJobs holds the right to reject or hold any employer registration or job post application submitted online or offline without assigning any reason.
  9. VeriJobs does not verify any of the candidate to be existing, genuine, honest, mentally or physically fit for any job. It is sole responsibility of the employer to verify candidate before offering job.
  10. VeriJobs may send job post responses or other information on email, mobile or phone calls, SMS or by any other means of communications. Employer must agree to get these communications even he/she has opted for do not disturb services or any such services.
  11. VeriJobs does not ask for submitting any of the original documents to any person for applying. If employer submits any of his/her original document to any one, VeriJobs will not be responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of documents.
  12. Employer information may be used in present & future by VeriJobs and its partner, sister or any profiting firms to its founders, partners or people directly or indirectly associated with VeriJobs.
  13. By submitting employer information employer must agree to these terms & conditions and must abide by them.
  14. These terms & conditions may be modified, updated at any time without prior notice and without assigning reasons.
  15. The service charges may be applicable for VeriJobs services.
  16. The service charges and offers may be changed, updated at any time without prior notice and without assigning reasons.
  17. VeriJobs reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction, classification of the section(s) of website at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
  18. The subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the employer to any other person, employer, company, corporate body, firm or individual.
  19. Only one office of one employer will be entitled to use this service and in case other offices of the same employer want to use the said service, then, they shall have to pay additional subscription charges for the service.
  20. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
  21. Decision of VeriJobs regarding all transactions under its service shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
  22. VeriJobs reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this service or any part thereof including charges without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
  23. The Employer(s) understands that he/she can avail services at his/her discretion and as are made available by VeriJobs from time to time.
  24. This service is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  25. The communication(s) or its contents once sent for availing the services shall be treated as final and the same cannot be withdrawn, changed or retrieved subsequently under any circumstances.
  26. Subscription Services provide you with access to certain Content for a selected period of time.
  27. You will not post or transmit any content that is abusive, obscene, sexually oriented or against national interest. VeriJobs reserves the right to suspend your registration if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found and may further initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you.
  28. VeriJobs does not undertake any responsibility for communication failure due to the network transmission or failure of message transmission for any reasons whatsoever. From time to time, VeriJobs may include additional features and services.
  29. VeriJobs reserves the right to modify/delete the contents at its own discretion without prior notice and without assigning any reason if the contents are deemed unfit for broadcast.
  30. VeriJobs is not responsible for authenticity of the contents other than uploaded by it.
  31. VeriJobs shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of the user using the Services.
  32. The user shall remain solely responsible for all content, information, data originated from the user and transmitted via the Service and the user shall accordingly agrees to exclude VeriJobs and/or the Operator, against all third party claims relating to the user content or due to the user act, negligence or omission.
  33. You are bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned herein and as stated on the website.
  34. Electronic communications delivery is conditional to operator’s technical infrastructure and its network uptime.
  35. By agreeing to register at VeriJobs, a user allows VeriJobs to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. This can include exciting offers, information, as well as promotions.
  36. The user shall comply with all directions/instructions etc. issued by the VeriJobs relating to the network, the services and any/all matters connected therewith and provide the VeriJobs all other and further information and co-operation as the VeriJobs may require from time to time.
  37. All information, data, text, video, messages or other materials, whether publicly or privately transmitted / posted, is the sole responsibility of the User from where such content originated (the Originator).
  38. This Site reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site. VeriJobs reserves its right to terminate your account without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. All content posted by you becomes the property of VeriJobs and you agree to grant/assign the royalty free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
  39. VeriJobs shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.
  40. VeriJobs will make best efforts to use the parameters provided by the employer(s) to short list, but takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the short listing based on the parameters for selection as specified by the employer(s).
  41. Any actions taken by an employer on the basis of the background check report or otherwise, is the employer's responsibility alone and VeriJobs will not be liable in any manner for the consequences of such action taken by the employer.
  42. VeriJobs will provide services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the employer(s) or from a third party on behalf of the employer(s).
  43. The employer a).shall give an undertaking to VeriJobs that the jobs sought to be filled through website are in existence, genuine and the employer has the authority to recruit/advertise for such vacancies. Also the employer undertakes that the database will be used to contact candidates for jobs only ii). shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws for the protection of the personal details of the users whose profiles are accessed by them through website.
  44. The information on VeriJobs is for use by employer alone and does not authorize the employer to download and use the data for commercial purposes. In case anyone is found to be in violation of this then VeriJobs at its discretion may suspend its service/subscription and also may take such action as it may be advised.
  45. The subscriber shall not use/circulate/forward a candidate’s data hosted on the VeriJobs Network to his / her current employer as mentioned by the person in his / her profile.
  46. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him or on his behalf on the website or supplied to VeriJobs.
  47. All disputes arising out between an employer and VeriJobs will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
  48. All Disputes arising out between an employer and VeriJobs will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situate in Durg (Chhattisgarh, India) alone.
  49. We reserve the right to terminate services, without prior notice and without assigning any reason, to the originator of Spam contents. No refund shall be done under such circumstances. Employer agrees to exclude and hold harmless VeriJobs from any damages or claims arising out of usage of their accounts for transmitting spam.
  50. VeriJobs reserves the right to scan all content being sent out, if necessary.
  51. VeriJobs reserves the right to regulate number of communications sent out to a particular profile on a particular period of time.
  52. VeriJobs does not take any responsibility for communications not delivered.
  53. VeriJobs reserves the right to change, withdraw, and terminate the scope and scale of service at any point of time, without any reason whatsoever.
  54. SMSes being sent out after 7 in the night may queue up and may be delivered to candidates after 8 in the morning.
  55. The user represents that he/she is not a minor and is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with these Terms or to install and use the services subscribed and purchased with minimal risk of harm to you or others.
  56. Registration presumes that the users have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
